Gulf Swimming has partnered with The Lead Sports Company to provide a virtual learning experience for female Gulf Swimming members age 13 and up on confidence, leadership and sports psych/mental health.

Coach Sharon will be meeting virtually with participants once a week for 30 - 45 minutes to watch a short video and discuss the topics presented.

If your swimmer would like to participate, please pay the nominal course fee of $25 by February 14th.  Online class will kick off on February 21st!
